You guys must be excited, and you MUST pipe in some cheesy music into the elevator. That would be hilarious!
My wife and I have owned our house for about 6 years now. I remember when the pump from the washing machine went and blasted water all over my basement floor, thinking "OH, ain't no landlord around to fix this!"
That thought made me think, welcome to home ownership!
But, I digress... Congrats!!
