Real easy. Just install an open cone or better yet a fenderwell intake from INTENSE.

Before dropping pulley sizes you MUST scan for KR and fuel pressure. Your exhasut manifolds, being a series 1 motor, likely have some cracks too. Take care of that before adding boost, but you should be fine to do the intake. Throw on a 180* thermostat while you're at it too

All Series 1 (91-95 Supercharged) owners should read the top article on this page before even thinking about a smaller pulley:

Intense does not sell a direct fit for your 95. If you go with a replacement drop-in filter K&N is the way to go. If you want the whine or you plan on doing more to your car, it is better that you get the Fender well intake.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it'd be this one:

I made mine using their basic parts, but simply connected the tube straigt to the TB, extended the IAT myself to mount in the filter, and made my own filter-tube connector.

There isn't one for the S1. You have to mix/match. I suggest you special order it with 6" extra tubing to make sure you have enough, then relocate your Evap canister. If you have the double washer bottle for the headlight sprayers, you'll need to get a single bottle out of a car that doesn't.

I simply swapped the washer reserviors between my two cars.
