Default Resetting PCM

Did my O2 sensor a few weeks back, but the PCM was not reset. SHould I do it now? Is a half hour with one battery terminal unplugged ok? I am getting my low restriction cat put in tomorrow and probably the intake too. Does it make more sense to wait until everything is done?
I am guessing I will probably have a little bit of rough/weird running at first. Anything specific I should be looking for?
Thanks guys!

One battery terminal unplugged is fine..
You don't have to neccassarily unplug the battery for it. The car should learn on its own and adapt to the new readings from intake, 02 and hi flow cat.
