Don't do anything besides a high flow cat at this point. Our mufflers actually are quite high flow as they sit now. Do an intake of some kind first - AFTER you get your car nice and tuned up. Search "rice pipe" and go from there.

With the intake you got...be sure it'* shielded from engine bay heat and the filter is a quality one otherwise you could be doing more harm than good. Be sure you don't open up your exhaust too much. I'm a little weary of a 3" cat on a non-supercharged car.

It sounds like your next step would be rockers or a cam. Get a PCM to maximize your setup too. Visit www.intense-racing.com or www.zzperformance.com and do some browsing around. You'll find it'll start to get pricey quickly Do a search on Ported Exhaust Manifolds (PEM'*). You could benefit from them after doing rockers or a cam.

Also, edit your profile to include your year/model in your signature so people don't have to keep looking at the top of the post every time.
