Bugatti Veyron was tested on Topgear for the second time.
in Season 9 ep.2 they went up to 250MPH in it

Nascar cars could hit those speeds. It would just be to dangerous for the drivers.

I think so. Restricter plates and other restrictions hold them back

Nascars could get pretty close. At least 210 I would think if not more.

I would love to at least be a passenger in that Veyron at 253mph!

Yes but ot go from 210 to 230 then to 250 takes ALLOT!!! more then just going from say 80-120mph.

they even said it in the video, and explained it on the show

i can't imagine the feeling of going 253 mph in a car... i drove 110 once and i was nervous
