police departments have been doing things like this to apeal to younger kids for years. The D.A.R.E Program beefs up various vehicles and gives them a Police makeover and its a big hit with the kids at the shows that they attend.

Yeah NYC has a mustang GT they took from a street racer they display at each car show in ny.

most (if not all) of the DARE vehicles come from confiscated drug money.
