Anyone here ever drink it or make it? I have never drank it or made it, but I was thinking about trying to make it.... It seems REALLY easy to do

I have a friend in Binghamton that makes it. It is very good, tasty, but takes alot of care , patience and aging to achieve a good one. It takes 6 months to a year after bottling to really develop the carbnation and smoothness that defines a good mead. That said it is a fantastic beverage when done corectly and certainly has it own special buzz.
