anyone know if this piece of the reflector pops out by itself, and if it is flat behind the reflector?

hmmm do you know if the surface behind it is flat?
Or I think just the peice of reflector that moves is a totally different peice. Do you know if that can be removed?

well its hard to see what lies past the reflector, and im not ripping it apart AGAIN until I got it figures out.
I might just buy new lights then sell my old ones when finished...
