Default Where is the HVAC valve body?

Now that my engine problems are pretty much all fixed to my satisfaction, I need to address a problem with the HVAC system. The controller appears to working fine, I have all fan speeds and the temp changes as commanded, but I cannot control the direction that the air blows. It is defaulted to blowing on the windshield and at my feet, which is better than nothing, but is not ideal for using the AC. I assume these cars use similar vacuum actuated servos to control the doors that my Regal uses, and everything about this indicates a loss of common vacuum at the valve body. Where is the valve body on these cars? I don't recall seeing it under the driver'* side dash and haven't had a chance to look under the passenger side. Can someone steer me in the right direction, or even better has anyone had this issue before?

The most common cause for this problem is the vacuum hose coming loose under the dash. It'* sort of hard to see the fitting, but it'* about in the center top, to the left of the power brake booster.

The HVAC Programmer is located under the dash on the passenger side, behind the glovebox. In addition to the vacuum line previously suggested, you might take a look at the vacuum connecter going into the HVAC programmer - on post '93 models this connector is made of soft rubber and the little nipples can collapse, restricting the vacuum.

Check this link for a pdf file that goes through changing the air mix actuator. There'* more information in the file than you need, but there are some pictures and descriptions of the programmer.
