How do I remove the center console? I don't know if its just me but I can't find where to unbolt it

thanks that pic helped a lot and I got most of the bolts out but how do I get off the "handle" right above the boot?

if you put the selector all way into first and look at the front of the shifter (part that faces the radio) you will see a clip....pry that out with a small screwdriver, and then pull up on the shifter handle

Default grae shift handle removal

On my '94 there is a small plastic retaining clip just above where the shaft fits into the handle on the forward side of the handle. Carefully pry the clip out - It should slide out w/o too much difficulty - and you will be able to remove the handle by sliding iy up off of the shaft.
