I am thinking that as I get older I should drive something more exciting. Has anyone driven the new GTO? What do you think?

it'* hard to beat that much performance for the $$ though - it'll smoke cars that cost twice as much. I'd LOVE a new C6 ZO6!!

I agree. My parents hit the prime of their mid-life crisis a couple years after their first Vette, an 81. They made a huge improvement to the 50th Anniversary. Then my mom dumped her T-bird and got a MC SS in the same color (almost). My parents have improved their taste I'm impressed.

I would love me a nice C6. Though C5'* are great too.

Just kidding, no fair that you can easily change cars. I think the GXP is pretty damn exciting in its own right. You could nitrous it then it will be even more exciting?

well yeah, but not the Z06....the Z06 has a 7.0...505 hp

back to the thread...i would say GTO...cause..THEY B FAST

the only difference between the corvette coupe and the GTO is that the vette has 2 more gears for the automatic..unless of course you want the manual, then it comes down to money, the GTO is more worth it...about 12k less is a better deal...

but then again...the corvette is ALOT lighter...so they will be faster than a GTO....
