well i have been using Protein powder along with working out for some time now but i cant find a good tasting powder what are you guys useing?

I dont think anything taste good bud. I used creatine before, and even the flavored stuff was nasty. Now whenever I get on a workout routine I use some type of shake mixing (forgot the name) , like nestle quick powder, but not as fatening and what not. Its a good suplement to eating junk food and what not. Yogurt and a banana is also a good snack to have. Keep your electrolites up so you dont pass out, lol,,seriously though

Are you using water or milk with your powder? I use milk although they say to use water. It just gives it so much more taste, good taste. What flavor are you using? The stuff I use is Dutch Chocolate or some stuff like that. It tastes DELICIOUS! I think the name of it is Isopure or something like that. Try googling it.

ya but if you go that root you take in alot of unneeded fat im trying to build lean muscle mass

Do you have a trainer? I'm not at all educated on nutrition but I've been around guys who were trying to loss weight and bulk up. They did the protein shakes and what not, but they also drank and ate a modified diet to enhance the protein-and were very successful.

well i kinda have a free trainer but who know only time will show if im doing it right
