just was wondering how manny of you use dial up and how manny use a high speed connection?

high speed wasn't available in any way shape or form in my area wired so I went with high speed satellite. I'll never go back to dialup either. 900 Kbps VS 24 Kbps will always get my vote.

How about a poll on this one? High speed at work here, NO internet access at home 'cause I'm cheap.

Actually, my neighbor has this kind of service WITH a wireless hub so he can connect with his laptop anywhere in the house. His laptop works over at my house too, apparently within his wireless range. Perhaps a wireless card would be a worthwhile addition to my home computer after all.
