Default DIMMING HEADLIGHTS

from the title u can tell i installed a big system to my car should i replace the alternator since i have the system cause in the blue beast the alternator was fine but with the crow she struggles for power or should i jus swap out the alternators???

Better question. How many watts is the alternator, and how many watts is the system? How much of this is bass? We can go the better route, using the mathematics approach .

Why hagve matmatics when you can just buy all the big cool parts so you can have bragging rights to those of us that can't afford all that cool stuff yet. Speakin of systems, anyone know of any after market Cd players that utilize the steering wheel controls.

no its different around 1500 watts now and stock alternator

a 1 farad will probably be enough.. but if you can find a 1.9 or 2 farad for just a few bucks more.. go that route instead. How'* the battery in it? What CA/CCA is it? Age?
