i just got back from giving blood, its like my 5th time i think. i am trying to beat my grandpas record before he died.

I've never tallied up how much blood and or plasma I've given. 2 or 3 times a year for 15 years.....

well dont you get a pin for every gallon? i know my gpa had all his pinned to his bulletin board

Most of my donations were while I was in the Army. I never got nothin' but a cookie and a half a day off. It still went to the Red Cross, tho

I don't regularly donate for 2 reasons:

1. I have a rare blood type, and they don't like to keep in on the shelf. I'm on a recall list

2. In between being called for blood, I like to auction my blood on Ebay to alcholics that doen't want to get caught drinking.
