Weather stripping on driver side

Weather stripping on driver side
The weather stripping in the driver side is coming off,it'* the front piece on the the roof post. Not sure if it can be fixed or if it needs to be replaced. Can anyone help me out with this?
The person before tried to fix it with what looks like windsheild sealer,but didn't work.
