I put the sender into the tranny today, it was the only thing i was able to do today, and it seems like a bit of tranny fluid is leaking out around it, how far can i screw that sender into the tranny? Im worrid if i go too far that it will break something in there. Another question was where i should drill the hole for the wires, just where the harness is? And from that point will it be esay to find the wire in the car? Well, thanks,

Use a thread sealer to stop the leak, teflon is good.
Where to run the wires depends on where the gauge is located, pod mount, console etc.

Yeah use teflon to seal it up nicely. As for wires, try looking to the upper right of your firewall behind the driver side strut tower. I run all my gauge wires through a pre-existing gasket where some stock wires run. OR you could try going under the driver side floor (to the left very close to the door), but be sure you use proper gaskets and sealer to prevent rust and moisture build-up.

Mine leaked a couple times when I first tried. The reason was poor quality fittings that came with it. Just keep trying. The teflon is a good idea. Not only will it help seal, but it will allow the fittings to be tightened further.

For the entry into the cockpit, pull the carpet down behind the pedals. You'll see a plastic shroud for a factory pass-thru on the firewall. If you're careful, you can drill a hole through the plastic. Run the wire through, and then fill the hole with some caulking.
