my bonneville is shooting a 34 - Mass Air Flow Sensor Circuit ( Grams Per Second / Low )

although this is great, i need to know what actually causes this to happen, i have done the following:
cleaned the iac valve, replaced spark plugs and wires, pcv valve, airfilter, tried a junkyard maf sensor,

i am pretty sure this happened after hitting a bump in the road
