Default Getting rear ended by a Mitz

This is from being rear-ended a few months ago, I just got around to setting up my cardomain site. This is the damage a Mitz can do when taking off from a DEAD STOP. Those things have some pickup...

This particular collision lifted the rear end of my bonnie off the ground. They hurt my car about three months after I got her. I was MAD. Still have not recieved repair money, and the estimate for repairs is about $550. The other driver was uninsured. They broke some expensive stuff on their car, but the damage to both cars was pretty much cosmetic only. They are both still on the road, and he got some HEFTY tickets. Basic list:

--failure to yield to avoid a collision
--having a young child without proper restraint (car seat)
--failure to provide proof of identification
--failure to be in possesion of a valid license
--failure to have valid insurance

You get the idea. He will be paying for these for a LONG time.

Ouch.

I'd be a little mad too. Who ever thought a Mitz could damage something? :?
