Default New Owner In Oregon

Hello everyone,
My name is Justin and I recently purchased a 92 SSEi for $500. The car is in overall good condition body and interior wise but there'* a tick or click over 2500rpm. Lifters? Rod? I'm not sure but then that'* what brings me to this site. I would love some input from other owners on this situations causes and possible cures. I also own an 88 Mitsubishi Starion/ Chrysler Conquest TSi that I've been modifying for about a year and a half so I am familiar with forced induction. I would love to keep this car and make it road worthy if it won't cost me my first born. Please help. Thanks. Justin

I follow your lust for forced induction......and live in Oregon. I'm currently considering purchasing an Eagle Talon Tsi. Have the SC, need the Turbo.

Welcome (we'll help you out with the tick in the 92-99 mechanical forum)!

Not so much on the galants, but yes they are very nice. I'm more of a dimond star enthusiast. 83-89 Starions/Conquest 90-94 dsm (Talon/Eclipse/Laser) I'm in to the Starions and quest more than anything though, and some day hope to get into the 3000gt and stealth too.
