Hello everyone. A while back I posted regarding a hard cold start prpblem. My mechanic tried to put a scanner on the adtl and it was giving the scanner weird info like it would show the engine temp to be 190 when it was just turned on or it would turn on the radiator fan for no reason, so he suggested I buy change the ecm. I purchased one from a scrap yard for $90 and my hard cold starts seem to have disappeared, and now the DIS shows accurately the engine rmp'*, engine temps, which before it would freeze.

Thanks for posting on this. So many problems get fixed and then no one posts back what the cure was. I will remember this. Sometimes it is the ECM.
