I did some research and I can't simply reprogram it, I don't want to pay $100+ to have it done. I wondered if one of those OBD reader devices might allow me to program it though. Has anyone had any experience with them? Would that be a route I should look into?
Anyone have any other advice on reprogramming the keyfob?

I think it has to be done by a dealer or someone with a Tech 2 .
