Default Passenger power windows
I have a 2001 Bonneville, the power windows and locks will not work off the passenger controls, but they work from the drivers control. The window will stop working from the drivers side at times.

The master switch can be bad and do this. It'* not likely but both could be bad. Then again it could be a wire. Do you have a dvom or test light?
