I have a 98 Bonneville SE. Has multiple issues that all seem to be electrical? Can't seem to find anyone local to help. I'm in Tulsa.
Current issues, High Blower doesn't work. I have checked the fuses, all seem fine, have replaced the High Blower relay about 10 times, the relay blows (stops working) within minutes, sometimes less.
The horn doesn't work. Interior lights don't work except the dash lights, those work fine, outlets (both, lighter) don't work, brake light in the rear window also doesn't work( not a bulb issue).
Can anyone give me some insight as to what is causing these problems? Could they all be related?

So what you are saying is, it doesn't work, you put a new relay in, and then it works for a few minutes? If you go to the other lower speeds, does the blower work? If it does, and then you go to hi speed it doesn't?




The horn doesn't work.

Do you hear any clicking noise from a relay when you press the horn pad? If yes, have you tried another relay? If it still doesn't work, have you checked for power and ground at the horns when you press the horn pad?

Does the dome light work from the dimmer switch?

They all seem to be separate problems.....

Yes, the blower works on low and med, not on high.. When I change the relay for the high blower, the high blower will work for only a few minutes. Something is causing the relay to fry? I have checked all of the fuses I can find and they all appear fine and none seem to be missing.
As for the horn, I don't hear anything. Not sure how to check the ground or what is needed to do this.
The dome lights do not work at all.
