Default series 1 to series 2 swap

My supercharged L67 cooked a rod bearing on me the other day, and im looking into the route of throwing a series 2 supercharged motor and 4t65e trans in it(i got a 4t65e rebuild kit for free). im wondering if i got the motor out of another bonneville, would it bolt right up? obviously im sure itd need a tune/remap, but its an obd1 car so im unsure if id need to worry about anything emissions wise even if the motor is from an obd2 car. i need every morsel of advice i can get.

It'* going to need an OBD2 PCM.

If you are in an emissions area you will need to have everything hooked up right.

Then, the part that kills most of these projects: It will be some kind of interesting to get any of the gauges and controls to work properly.
