Default */C Running Hot

My car is an 06 Grand Prix ZZP S2 Intercooler, 1.9 Rockers, TOG Headers w/ full custom exhaust, CAI, 104 Autolites, Custom Tuned PCM, 3.3 pullry
When i first installed the IC the */C used to b hand touchable after driving the car for long or short periods, but lately if i drive the car for 10 min the */C and the intercooler core r very hot, i tested the pump last nite and its still working (i got some air into the system and seen the flow inside the tubes)
Any ideas guys? and there'* no KR which makin me and car temp is normal!

Check the FMHE to make sure the fins are all clean. Or the fins in side teh IC are clogging up. But it sounds like your not exchanging heat. You can put your hand on the out flow hose to see if it'* hot, if not the inside is clogged, if it is hot and then check the return hose, if it'* hot then the outside is clogged.

I checked the hoses last nite and neither was hot, I took a quick look at the FMHE and it looked ok, I unplugged one of the hoses from the IC and let most of the coolant out, when i hooked it back up and turned the pump on coolant flow was smooth
The oil could b a possibility, or could it b the coupler?

If the coolant is coming out cold, then it'* not picking up heat. My guess is the internal fins on the IC core are plugged up.

You kind of did, if the SC is hot and the coolant is coming out cold, then it'* not picking up heat. Take off the supercharger and take a look. I assume you have a EGR delete.

No reason why you can't clean the one you have.
