Default 1999 Pontiac Grand Am Turn Signal

Hi all,

I recently replaced my Hazard Flasher Unit as my blinkers were randomly stopping and then working. This fixed the problem for a day but now when I turn on my blinkers the green arrow stays green and the blinkers don't work. The hazard lights still work. The really weird part is when the car is in the setting before turning the engine on the blinkers work fine...

Any suggestions and thanks if you can help!

Do you still have the old flasher? If so, reinstall it and see what happens.

Turn signal switch or hazard switch. Pretty common problem, you've got a 50-50 chance of getting it right.

I just wanted to eliminate the flasher, but still suspected the switch myself.

Strange, though, that they would both go bad so close together......
