No need to wait. The amount of oil that comes out won't even fill a shot glass.

I can't remember if I did one. Check the tech info area. It'* really not that hard, jack up the car, remove the tire and splash guard. The sensor is right there.

I replaced mine when I changed the oil filter, pretty easy from the bottom. The only hard part is getting the wire unplugged. Oh and the oil that will run out of the fitting wants to go down your arm.

You can change if from underneath the car, or as Dan says you can pull the front right wheel and wheel liner, and change if from the wheel opening. Its a little extra work getting at it throught the wheel well, but once you get there it is easier to remove the electrical connector, and when you pull the sensor out the oil that comes out isn't dripping in your face.
