Default Noise!

So lately Ive been having lotsa vibration with my car while driving at higher speeds around 80km/h and on lower speed around 40 km/h it feels like im driving on a bent rim, kinda jogs
First it thought it was a bad wheel bearing/hub i changed that and nothin happened, swapped the tires front and back... still nothin..
Could it be a bad axle?
and lately the car has been making this annoying as hell noise!

could have a seperated belt in a tire also...it would look like a bulge in the tread area toward the edge of the tire

sounds more like a mechanical problem inside the engine. did you listen more around the engine with a long screwdriver?
