Default looking for a mechanic in toronto area for pontiac wave

my friends pontiac wave needs new struts. her previous mechanic was unable to order and so she is looking for a new place to go to! any ideas of a place in the toronto, canada area that is reliable/fair/etc.

any help or ideas would be appreciated!!

you should order the struts online from parts geek, amazon, or rock auto and take them to the mechanic, you save money this way because the mechanics mark up the parts to make them more money

The Pontiac Wave is a Toyota. Lots of independent Toyota mechanics in urban areas. Look for a solid Toyota Mechanic in Toronto. Yelp is popular in urban areas of the USA, not sure about Canada. We have a friend'* daughter that lives in a big city and she found a solid mechanic after going through Yelp reviews.

The Wave (later named G3) is the same as an Aveo. The Vibe is the same as a Toyota..

Do you have a Meineke nearby? They are a little more expensive, but I find they do good work..at least the one here does anyways. Canadian Tire might do it too..but they might be even more expensive.
