hello. I have a 2008 Pontiac g6. the tire light came on from a dead sensor. my local mechanic changed the sensor and re-programmed all the tires successfully(each tire chirped and the the two chirps at the end) he used the tire programmer tool instead of letting the air out like the manual says. after he did the reset the light did not go off. he drove it for a while to see if that would help. it did not. he then said that he did a factory hard reset on the tire system and that should solve the issue. he also said for it to take effect i needed to drive for 30 miles above 25mph for it to fully reset. i have done that and the light is still on. is there anything else that i can do to get the light off since the tires do program. i am to the point now to put a piece of tape over the light even though i've spent money trying to get it off. thanks.
