Hello,
Engine stumbles at low load/rpm. Idles fine, high rpm/load runs great. been through ignition parts- all ok, plugs and wires replaced. Car had cat replaced because of noise a month ago. I unplug MAF low rpm stumble goes away.... Replaced MAF with NAPA part, car stumbles as it did before. I unplug MAF car runs great. What am I missing here?? Crazy Bonne

Check for a bad connection in the plug on the wire harness. Look for any corrosion.

UPDATE:
Checked all connections... Car runs, idles great, then in a flash sputters under load. I noticed the egr clicking. Unplug the egr, no flow of gasses into intake, car runs great.. Plug in back in, car stumbles under 1500rpm load. Does this sound like a vacuum leak and ecm is energizing egr, which make lack of vaccum in intake worse (resulting in rough operation) Am I thinking right? All of this rough operation occurs around 1500 to 1800 light load. No codes btw

Check the EGR tube between the solenoid and the exhaust manifold. Sometimes these crack.

Go to a salvage yard and try to find a EGR to replace what you have. If it'* running better with it unplugged, it'* a good bet that'* the problem.
