The engine doesn't turn over at all anymore. When it broke down on me, I called my dad for help and he kept accelerating to try to get it running again. It was turning over then but now it isn't even doing that at all. The car has had the engine locked before and we had to replace the upper intake manifold. And when I try to start it, it is sounding exactly like the time it locked up on me before.

Sounds like the cylinders are hydro locked with fuel. Remove all the spark plug wires, remove the spark plugs, and attempt to start engine.(of course, its not going to start) this should expel any gas out of the cylinders.

Mission accomplished!

The car started up! I was also wondering is there any fire hazard since there was gas inside the engine?

Thank you for all your help guys! Took a while but my Bonnie is running again.

I took the spark plugs out and tried to turn it over. It threw out a bunch of gas that was stuck inside.

Turned on pretty good now. I didn't have time to test drive it but I will when I get home. Should be fine though.
