2005 Pontiac Bonneville Gxp 4.6L #2
I was driving on the highway and it just cut off , no power or dash lights , wont even attempt to start. I was thinking a failed alternator or dead battery , anybody else have any solutions?
Checking the grounds , i got the battery charged at my local autozone and i gained power locks back and lights , but still not starting and i cant roll up my windows, and when i turn my key the fuel pump just runs
Me thinks you have a really bad battery. I wouldn't trust autozone 'expertise' as far as I could throw it. If you can, use another car to run jumper cables to your bad battery. If the car starts and operates normally, I'd say its the battery.
BTW, your door windows are controlled by computer modules. If they don't receive the proper operating voltage, they won't work at all to prevent damage to the module.
