2002 Grand Prix key gets stuck - right after a garage puts in a new catalytic converter and clears the cats "check engine" code.Will it stop doing that after I drive it the required 80 miles? I did find the manuel key release.

Is the steering wheel locked? if it is, try turning it while its locked. it lets loose a little. then, try taking it out.
