Default 2000 grand Prix HELP

I am looking at buying a 2000 Grand Prix GT with 100,000 miles on it. I was wondering if anyone on here could tell me if there are any known problems that i should look for? I would put this on clubgp but i cant get a user name tonight and i need help asap. Also is 6999 a good price if nothing is wrong.

Thanks

its about $1500-$2000 too much assuming private party. Priced way over bluebook.....if it was a GTP then it would be a about right...but it has 100k...with less miles $7000 would be an ok price.

common problems...winshield wipers...leaks...I think window regulators, transmission issues, intake manifold egr problem.....intake manifold gaskets....

I had a 2000 Grand PRix SE, with around 125,000 miles when I bought it. I believe I paid around $5000 for it 3 years ago. THe only major problem I had was bad wiring. I had a few annoying problems with my A/C blower (damn thing wouldn't shut of...ever), and some other minor stuff. Nothing too serious, it should run good if you take care of it.

And yes,$7000 is way too much money. I wouldn't pay any more than $5000.
