Did idle relearn no change in results.. could bad/clogged air filter cause these issues?

Try this for an Idle relearn:
Car is cold.
Park brake applied.
Front wheels blocked.
Start car and put in 'D'.
Let idle until the fan cycles.
Done

BTW I've seen some cars take 20 minutes to get hot enough to turn on the fans.

yes plan on doing soon car was missing o2 sensor when I bought it so it has that code for sure..

will try this. also putting cold air intake on today, any tips on mounting the ecu inside the air box?

You didn't clean the throttle when you did the IAC?

Code reset and a cold air intake took care of the problem thanks for your help guys
