Default 1995 Bonneville SLE CEL + Issues

Well,

Thanks to Mike on the forum here, I have a new PCM that makes the car drive. A short weekish ago, the car shut off in the middle of me going to work and I had to keep it revved to get it there and back home. It wouldn't idle, a friend of mine that is very knowledgeable about these cars said the PCM stopped communiction with the ICM, a very common failure. Fast forward, new PCM is in, EPROM transferred into it. I have no cruise control or A/C and a CEL which, I can't find someone to scan unless I pay (which I may do tomorrow).

I've gone through my FSM a bit, which I'm gonna do a bit more in depth now. What common fault would cause these issues? Is there anything I should check otherwise? I've looked at fuses for said systems and there'* nothing blown. I've tried unplugging the car for a bit and reconnecting...doesn't help. A/C won't come on for anything. The A/C is fairly new too, about a year and a half to two years old, and worked great with the old PCM. Cruise never really had an issue either before.

Not sure where to direct you on your problem, but Autozone will scan for free. Sorry I can't help more than that.

1. I just noticed I put this in the wrong area, please if a mod could move this to the Bonneville section, I appreciate it. Oversight.

2. Autozones/Advances I called aren't capable of my OBD 1.5 "bastard" year. I'll try a few more but I've either gotten people who read off their sheet (we scan OBD2) or ones that are very knowledgeable and say "Yeah won't work"

Something is disabling the cruise and a/c. For the life of me, i cant remeber what wld cause that. If you unplug the battery and reconnect, will the ac work?

Nope...as I said tried that many times. I now found out on FB a friend of mine from one of our many clubs has a PCM that causes the same issues...lost A/C and no cruise. Sounds like I'll be possibly needing yet another PCM. Going to my old Bosses house tomorrow and getting it scanned free (he got back to me today). I'll at least know the codes, but now it sounds like I just need another PCM. At least this one is getting me to and from work.

i wonder if you have an issue with your purple bus wire that would cause communication issues not only with the scan tool but devices also. not real familiar with it but assuming the a/c and cc talk to the pcm via the bus. seems kinda early model year for that but i dont know.
