I have a 1992 Pontiac Bonneville when I turn the ignition nothing happens I change the ignition switch the battery is brand new I tried to jump the Terminals on the starter and it ran for a second and died With the key on what could this possibly be1992 Pontiac Bonneville won’t start

First thing that I can't tell from this side from the Internet:

"Nothing"? Like everything stays dark and quiet?

No crank? No lights? headlights? What works?
