There is no telling what is going on. Having a vast experience with multiple software platforms for different makes of engines, I do know, some types of NON-OEM software will not report OEM data correctly. Meaning, your non-GM software is probably not seeing the data correctly because it was not made by GM. You will need something along the line of a GM Tech1 scanner.

Tunerpro is widely used and well know and tested software. I know its not tech1, but im sure that my problem is not bad scanner.

I'm going to say that we are at a standstill until we can prove its not the software.

Maybe 77c definitely not 77f

(i opened that file to look temp) and now it went to closed loop. Full warm engine target afr was 14.71, 02 were moving approx 200-900mv all the time, maf was 5gm/sec on idle,

BLM 116 and fine fuel correction 124. Thats bad? Supposed to be near 128/128?

BLM is the one that is mapped and will set codes if to far out. Those numbers are good. It'* controlling fuel. I've never seen a vehicle with perfect fuel control.

I shut off car and started again. No more closed loop. It stayed in open no matter time. 02 was locked and blm/fine fuel too 128 both. Target afr under 13. Oxygen sensor was around 850mv. No big movement.
I didnt remember first that closed loop was working about 1 times to 20.
And ive been tried for four different 02 sensors and one is now in my c1500 chevy and working well.

Why closed loop blm and fine fuel was far from 128 and if its not 02 sensor/wiring is ecm only problem?

Has it had this problem before the tuner? I would be removing your tuner and get things back to stock and see if it goes CL regular. Those tuners can be problematic.

Maf cant do that? Ive tried tunerpro without maf and computer still counts air input ...

It just calculates air using map value (speed density or load) rather than maf.

So look a like working (increasing and decreasing by throttle/off) can cheat you?
First maf caused idle to go 800-1500rpm in hot engine and car was not driving soft in steady speeds. Those problems are gone.
I would disconnect the tuner and see what you have.

Sorry my language for misunderstoods.

I use tunerpro only for live data and sensor check. I dont do changes or use files or anything. Its like winaldl but winaldl does not support ln3 engine.

And it is 77f because tunerpro gives values for fahrenheits. There is also 104second time for hot engine to go closed loop and other things.

I borrowed tunerpro for my friend which has diagnoses this kind of cars and this type engines many many times! So first problems came, high fuel consuption and 3500-4000rpm cutting. Then i started to check what is wrong by tunerpro. Only watching not changing anything!

But lets not stuck in that open loop closed loop temperature! Its same because car wont go closwd loop no matter time or engine temp!

So tunerpro is a scan tool and not a tuning program. I think you should try another scan tool. It may throw your system into OL when connected. I think you are chasing a ghost.

It has allways worked on my friend which has lots off experience so i dont trust that my software is wrong.

Will it go closed loop without anything connected to the PCM?

If you mean tunerpro or anything in aldl socket, answer is no. It wont go closed loop. Only few times at 20-30 starts. Its same result nothing in connected aldl or is

Like i already tried to say, problems came first then i got tunerpro for searching what is problem.

What is the operating temperature after the car has been driven for at least ten minutes?

What is the fuel pressure after the car has been driven for at least ten minutes?
