ZZP underdrive alternator pulley
Has any else installed a ZZP underdrive alternator pulley? I put mine on today and am a little nervous about how little I was able to thread the nut back on: only halfway - maybe 3 threads. I couldn't even use a lock washer like the OE pulley. It seems pretty tight and the rotation should only tighten the nut more, but I'd like to confirm this is normal. Looks like this:
Think its safe?

I would not use that pulley at all. There is not enough thread there to be comfortable driving that and knowing that your waterpump is on the same belt path.
There is a difference in your alternator or that pulley that does not match up correctly. ZZP is well known for parts that don't fit right. If that were my vehicle, I would send the pulley back and ask for the proper one for the vehicle.

I've decided the red thread locker should be enough. If anything happens to my car it'll be GXP Venom'* fault. J/k. I seriously considered this, even going so far as to buy red thread locker, but opted to switch back to the OE pulley. ZZP say'* they'll take a return on it and possible performance gains are minimal anyways. Why take a chance?

It would have been fine if ya got a couple turns on the nut. Owning a couple shares in Henkel International had no part in my opinion.........
