Would this CIA fit on my '93 even though it says its for a series 2?

read the "Rice Pipe" sticky at the top of the forums. That is a cheaper intake and fits our cars better

My take on it is this:

Aluminum TRANSFERS heat. It doesn't resist it, false claim, but we all use aluminum anyway (powder coating helps, as does wrapping). You won't get 13hp from it, especially with an exposed cone. The filter is advertised as a performance filter, obviously off-brand. Some of these cheap knock-offs are so restrictive, they'll actually hold water.

It'* advertised for the Series II, so I'm assuming it has the IAT in the Series 2 location, which isn't optimal for your car. Your harness is long enough to reach the filter, where the Series 2 isn't without an IAT extension.

By the time you pay for it, and $15.50 for shipping (holy MOLY!), you could have spent a wee more for the ricer pipe intake and quality filter that will make assembly alot easier.

NOt out of the question, but probably not the most practical option. Yes, it'll fit.

Better then stock? Sure, a little. Worth that money? Not at all.
