Finding a ram air system like that, without the hood may be hard, specially from the limited run GTX.

But GA GT ram airs are EVERYWHERE, and they don't use the hood

x2 i just was checking one out at the pontiac dealer and i was the ram air is still in the grille though, they just added that stupid hood!!

It gets it'* 'Ram' effect from that little slit between the grille and hood edge.

Well depending on what you could do with it in a spot different then hood and grill

Dryer duct is wimpy, but i still run it. For now.

I still don't get how they manage to RAM just air on those hood ones, and not water (or bugs, sand, children.... but mostly the water). Do they have turns or special filters or something???

Most of those systems will trap and drain the water in the airbox before the filter. Remember that rain isn't a bad thing. Water injection has it'* benefits. Especially if you're not running a paper OEM filter.
