Default well it'* vacation time.....finally

well i'm setting out on a 16 hr trip to the coast of n.c. on the morning of the 20th. i have changed the oil, bought ac delco platinums(seen the copper centers but wasn't sure how they would do), rotated the tires, flushed the coolant, and added some new brake pads. anything else anyone can think of? i'm hoping the new plugs will help on the gas mileage(due to the fact that the wife is packing the trunk full, i may have to get heavy duty shocks to support the weight). Oh and i secretly packed the bino'* in a safe place that easily to get too.

platinum in a blown engine has been bad most of the time. Let us know how they are!

Default re-

yeah really wanted autolite 104'* but seen the platinums and decided to give-em a try but i'm going on a 751 mile hike so i don't want any unexpected surprises. may just throw in a set of 104'* instead. looking for some higher gas mileage numbers. seeing how 93 octane just jumped to 2.00 a gallon.

o2 sensor, maybe a K&N drop in filter
already put in a k&n but will check on the o2 sensors.
