Valvetrain ideas?
I'm curious as to what the weak link in the series I valvetrains are? Oiling issues @ higher RPM? Weak parts, or heavy parts? Or does the ignition module fall down at higher RPM?
None that I know of, and I abuse mine. Because of the aftermarket chip, and the raised redline, I get valve float at high rpm'*, but that'll be fixed in a week with 105# valvesprings 
I've not seen a valvetrain related failure on a bonneville in FOREVER, other than the possible burnt valves in a 92 EGR-less.
