Default Valve springs (and where are the best deals?)

Since I have been looking into mods for the L36 (not as many as for the SII L67) I was looking at valve springs. What is the rating for our stock springs?
I see ZZP has some 90 lb springs, but I am also planning on some Intense Rockers sometime this winter. Will the 90 lb springs work, or should I get 105'*?
Also, is it cheaper to buy from one of the 3800 perf parts vendors or should I get a part # for the LS1 springs and order them through GMPD.com?
Since I am going to be moving into the new (to me) house in late Oct I will be on a somewhat restricted cash flow for mods. Where do you guys find the best deals? I did a little bit of searching today (Intense, ZZP, PFYC, 3800PERF, and one or two others), but I want to be sure I'm getting the best deal (will pay a little extra for better service, which can be had at any of the above -as long as you are loyal to them and do try any smack talking).

I noticed a few L36 parts for sale at the Intense garage sale, used but good parts for a fair price? Also try out glup gp for used parts in the for sale section, many guys demodding and returning leases etc.

Look for LS1/6 Beehive springs by comp cams. Hot Rod did an article on them, and they were amazing. If i run into it i'll find it for ya. Otherwise just get LS6 springs.

Compcam 105# if you plan on further modding (mild cam). Ls6/Ls1 95 # springs if your staying with rockers.

You should get the LS6 springs from gmpartsdirect. I got them shipped for 70 bucks i think. They work with stock retainers too.
