3.5" pulley. You can use a press on or a MPS if you think you will be changing sizes again. Intense racing and ZZ performance both sell them. You will need access to a pulley puller.

Pulley Boys - GMSII

performance boosts increase depending on other mods... dropping should be a noticable difference tho

Figure a rough estimate of 10 to 15 HP depending on how well the engine does. Enough that you should feel a improvement.

Oh definitely. Im in the process of opening up rest of exhaust now(hi flo cat). Have already upgraded mufflers. Ive got a 180 degree thermostat in the mail. And I'm told since im not going past a 3.5" pully I shouldnt have to worry about anything else. Let me know if im leaving something out. Have already scanned for KR and am currently sitting at a very reassuring 0. But im new to the pully game so again let me kno if im missing something.

You will want to upgrade your intake. Adding a shift kit will help, as will a performance tune.

Ok being relatively new im a little foggy on some of these mods. Im assuming the performance tune is done via the PCM. What kinda price tag can i expect and where would i have it done? The shift kit, what exactly is it, is it asimple install, and again whats the common price tag?
