I had a 3.5" on there, and had to go back to the stock 3.0" to keep it from hitting the underdrive water pump pulley.
Regardless, that won't change the wrap diameter like adding an idler between the SC and AC compressor will. |

Below is a pic of the idler concept, but it'll be a little lower and to the left: http://www.williamwren.com/bonnevillepics/idler.jpg |
Keep in mind that's not a stock WP pulley. That monster upsets everything in there. I had to modify the torque-axis mount to clear it, had to drop tensioner idler diameters, now need to change belt length but MAYBE not now. Depends on where exactly that new idler goes. Just make sure the ICM bracket on a Riviera is in the same spot. It may not be. It may only be off by a little, but it might upset trying to copy my idler mounting location for you.
There are quite a few differences under the hood of a Riv with the L67 when compared to a Bonneville. |

willwren,
How were you able to hold the pulley, the tape measure, and camera all at the same time? |

That is going to be some crazy belt wrap once you get that second idler on there. But are you going to do the second one with a solid mount, or the movable mount like the stock one??
|
Solid mount, with variable mounting locations. I don't want a second tensioner on the path to fight the other one.
