Dumb question, when those inlet circles open up for air ingestion, wouldn't all the Boost from the turbo'* spill out?

I assume the turbos don't kick in immediatly, and when they do, those throttle plates snap shut. There are two intakes under the hood.

Maybe they just feed in there, but still have a tube that goes into the engine. Or they are too feed the roots?

Well, the tube that goes to the intake comes from the outlet side of the turbos. But the tube on the drivers side doesn't look attached to the turbo, I can't quite tell.
