Do any gearheads know of or have any experience with the tranny programmer called the Intercepter listed at this site. I got info about it at the Custom Show.

http://www.drivetrain.com/autotransc...ntecepter.html

And I need some input as to whether a 4L80e tranny can be married to a 4T80e tranny for a FWD Bonny application.... any ideas??

I don't believe that they can be mated since one is Longitudinal for RWD and the other is Transverse for FWD. From looking at the site, you might be able to use part number 72790NE which was for the Aurora with the 4.0 and the 4T80E which you have if I recall correct.
